Locally grown fresh coconuts peeled. These fresh coconut can be used as supplement for South and East Asian traditional cooking. You can prepare coconut milk, coconut slices and also even coconut oil once you get the core of this. These collected from local farmers where most of them are produced as home grown full coconuts and peeled after collected in sellers centers.
Once you get these you need to have a way to scrap the core of from the coconut schell. You can use electric coconut scrapper or hand made one for this. Then you can use these fresh coconut flakes for making coconut milk (hard and soft), dried flakes, and processing for making coconut oil.
All these, specially milk and oil, could be used in cooking as additional taste item, when you prepare curries with spices.
